As a Marketing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of crafting and executing impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with Cretik’s target audience. This full-time, hybrid role—based in Jiddah with flexibility for remote work—offers the perfect blend of in-office collaboration and independent productivity. Your work will directly contribute to increasing brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and driving sustainable growth for Cretik’s digital offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Your role will encompass a strategic and hands-on approach to marketing, blending creativity with analytical rigor. You will:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Cretik’s business objectives, ensuring cohesive messaging across all digital channels.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and untapped opportunities within the MENA region’s tech and digital product landscape.
• Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with customer needs, ensuring seamless lead generation and nurturing processes.
• Create and manage compelling content for digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM strategies, and other channels to engage audiences and drive conversions.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using advanced marketing analytics tools, interpreting data to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to maintain consistent branding, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and foster long-term relationships.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in digital marketing, technology, and consumer behavior to continuously refine Cretik’s approach and stay competitive.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Specialist with a passion for digital innovation. Ideal candidates will possess:

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas persuasively to diverse stakeholders, including clients, team members, and executives.
• Proven expertise in market research and marketing strategy, with a track record of identifying opportunities, developing data-backed strategies, and executing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
• Experience in sales and customer service, enabling you to support lead generation, build strong client relationships, and uphold high standards of service.
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media management, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Experience in the technology, software, or digital products sector, particularly within the MENA region, is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to thrive in a hybrid environment and work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience that demonstrates comparable expertise.
• A data-driven mindset, with a focus on leveraging insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
