Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities, ensuring the successful delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP initiatives:

• End-to-End ERP Architecture Design: Lead the design of comprehensive Oracle Cloud ERP architectures, covering core modules such as Financials (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and Human Capital Management (HCM). Develop functional and technical blueprints that align with strategic business goals, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
• Solution Blueprinting and Roadmapping: Create detailed architectural standards, implementation roadmaps, and governance frameworks to guide ERP transformation programs. Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture principles while driving innovation and cost efficiency.
• Program Leadership and Delivery Oversight: Take ownership of ERP transformation initiatives, providing architectural leadership across all phases—from design and build to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Business Process Optimization: Partner closely with stakeholders to analyze, redesign, and optimize finance, procurement, and HR processes. Advocate for best-in-class Oracle Cloud ERP practices, minimizing customizations and maximizing out-of-the-box functionality to reduce complexity and risk.
• Integration and Data Strategy: Define integration strategies using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and APIs to ensure seamless connectivity with non-Oracle systems, including CRM, HRMS, and legacy environments. Design data migration frameworks, reconciliation processes, and governance models to guarantee data integrity and accessibility.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and business leaders, translating complex requirements into scalable ERP solutions. Facilitate architecture workshops, solution reviews, and change management initiatives to drive adoption and alignment.
• Performance and Cost Optimization: Continuously monitor ERP system performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost reduction. Leverage Oracle Cloud services to enhance efficiency, reduce operational overhead, and deliver measurable business value.

• Functional Expertise: Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP modules, including Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management), EPM, and HCM. Deep understanding of financial processes, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP architecture, configurations, and integrations. Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), data migration tools (FBDI, ADFdi), and reporting solutions (OTBI, BI Publisher). Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud architecture patterns is a significant advantage.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage executives, business leaders, and technical teams effectively. Strong mentoring and coaching abilities to guide teams through complex ERP implementations.
