Key Responsibilities:

As the Assistant Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Alliances Development: Lead the identification, negotiation, and management of strategic partnerships with technology vendors, startups, and industry leaders to enhance EY’s service offerings and client solutions.
• Technology Advisory: Provide expert guidance to clients on leveraging technology trends—such as AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation—to optimize operations, drive efficiency, and foster growth.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with EY’s consulting teams to deliver tailored technology-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with client business goals and market demands in Saudi Arabia.
• Innovation & Thought Leadership: Contribute to EY’s thought leadership initiatives by researching and presenting insights on emerging technologies, industry disruptions, and best practices in the Middle East region.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between EY’s technology partners, internal teams, and clients to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution.
• Market Insights & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to recommend actionable strategies that position EY as a trusted advisor in the Saudi market.

Qualifications & Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (8+ years) in technology consulting, alliances management, or a relevant advisory role, with a strong track record in delivering strategic value to clients.
• Deep knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and digital transformation frameworks.
• Exceptional negotiation and partnership development skills, with experience managing vendor relationships and alliances.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a significant advantage, given the regional context.
