We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk & Warehouse Coordinator to play a pivotal role in maintaining our operational efficiency and data integrity. Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Accurately input, update, and verify sales, inventory, delivery, and operational data across our ERP system and Excel spreadsheets, ensuring precision and compliance with company standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive daily and weekly Excel reports, transforming raw data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between drivers and the warehouse team, coordinating delivery schedules, tracking dispatch statuses, and ensuring all necessary documentation is promptly submitted and filed.
• Monitor and update stock levels in real-time, collaborating with the warehouse team to optimize order preparation and minimize delays.
• Maintain meticulous records of all operational activities, ensuring documents are systematically organized and easily retrievable for audits or reference.
• Provide administrative and reporting support to the Operations and Supply Chain team, contributing to the smooth execution of logistical processes.

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated professional who meets the following criteria:

• Saudi national residing in or willing to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 2+ years of experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a comparable role within the FMCG, trading, retail, or warehouse sector.
• Proven experience in Warehouse Management and Operations, with a strong understanding of inventory control, order processing, and logistics workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create formulas, sort and filter data, and organize complex datasets efficiently.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to follow up on pending tasks and maintain clear documentation.
