As the Presales Director, you will serve as the strategic architect of complex cybersecurity solutions, ensuring seamless collaboration between sales leadership, technical engineering, and cross-functional teams. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping RFP responses, executive-level presentations, and solution architectures that address the most pressing security challenges faced by today’s enterprises and critical infrastructure. This role demands a visionary leader who can mentor senior Presales Engineers, drive high win-rates, and align technical capabilities with evolving market demands and GCC compliance frameworks.

• Strategic Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of senior Presales Engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and driving consistent success in enterprise and government accounts. Your ability to inspire and develop talent will be key to sustaining and growing market presence.
• Solution Architecture & Innovation: Oversee the design and implementation of sophisticated cybersecurity solutions, including Managed Security Service Providers (MSSP), SOC/MDR services, Cloud Security, OT/ICS protection, Endpoint Security, and Threat Intelligence. Tailor these solutions to meet the unique requirements of diverse client environments, ensuring scalability and compliance with regional regulations.
• Executive Engagement & Client Advocacy: Engage directly with senior client stakeholders, including CISOs, CIOs, and CTOs, to articulate the strategic value of cybersecurity solutions. Act as a trusted advisor, resolving complex security challenges and positioning your organization as a thought leader in the GCC market.
• RFP & Proposal Leadership: Take ownership of the technical framing, architecture design, and submission process for major enterprise and government RFPs. Ensure proposals are compelling, data-driven, and aligned with client objectives, maximizing the likelihood of securing high-value contracts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to align operational capabilities with market demands. Drive strategic initiatives that enhance solution offerings while ensuring compliance with GCC regulatory frameworks and industry best practices.
• Performance & Resource Optimization: Establish and monitor team KPIs, resource allocation strategies, and continuous technical training programs. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance, foster innovation, and ensure the team remains at the forefront of cybersecurity trends.
