This pivotal role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing complex financial operations within a Group/Holding Company, diversified conglomerate, or multi-entity organization. The ideal candidate will oversee financial strategy, reporting, and controls while driving operational excellence across an expansive portfolio of subsidiaries and entities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for steering the financial direction of the group, ensuring compliance, and fostering transparency through robust financial governance. This position requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in consolidated financial reporting, IFRS compliance, and intercompany transactions, while also leading a high-performing finance team across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Proven expertise in Group/Holding Company financial management, with a strong background in diversified conglomerates and multi-entity structures.
• Mandatory CPA qualification, reflecting a commitment to excellence in financial leadership and regulatory compliance.
• Deep proficiency in IFRS standards, with hands-on experience in applying them across complex financial landscapes.
• Extensive experience in consolidating financial statements for multiple subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to global accounting principles.
• Strategic oversight of group financial reporting, including budgeting, cash flow management, taxation, and financial controls.
• Leadership in managing and mentoring finance teams across diverse entities, fostering collaboration and driving performance.
• Expertise in corporate accounting, particularly in intercompany transactions, eliminations, and group reporting.
• Exceptional analytical and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective communication with executives, regulators, and external parties.
