• Invoice Verification & Reconciliation: Validate and reconcile invoices against flight operations, ensuring all expenses are accurately recorded and allocated. This role requires meticulous record-keeping to maintain financial integrity and support internal controls.
• Flight Payback & Internal Invoicing: Prepare and issue internal flight payback invoices post-trip, manage approval workflows, and track postings to ensure timely and accurate financial settlements.
• Cash Float Reconciliation: Conduct monthly or ad-hoc reconciliations for aircraft and driver cash floats, ensuring alignment between operational expenditures and financial records.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and oversee operating budgets for aircraft operations, maintenance programs, and upgrades. Leverage data-driven forecasting to anticipate operational demands and optimize resource allocation.
• Aircraft Acquisition & Ownership Accounting: Maintain comprehensive financial records for aircraft purchases, leasing, and ownership, including depreciation, lease terms, and financing payments. Your expertise will ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Audit Preparation & Compliance: Support internal and external audits by ensuring financial records are accurate, complete, and compliant with aviation-specific regulations. Your proactive approach will mitigate audit risks and strengthen financial governance.
• Cost Control & Optimization: Identify opportunities to reduce operational and ownership costs without compromising safety or compliance. Your strategic insights will drive sustainable financial improvements.

• Experience: 3–7 years of accounting experience, with a preference for roles within business aviation, private jet operations, or commercial airline environments. Your background should include:
• Financial management of aircraft operations, charter activities, and asset ownership.
• Deep familiarity with maintenance and overhaul costs, including MSP (Maintenance Service Programs) such as engine and APU programs.
• Expertise in reviewing aviation financial and commercial contracts, including charter agreements, aircraft management agreements, and crew contracts.
• A comprehensive understanding of aviation regulations, technologies, and industry-specific terminology.
