Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of housing facilities, ensuring compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and international standards.
• Manage housing assignments, resident relations, and conflict resolution with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with HR teams to ensure seamless onboarding, offboarding, and employee transitions related to housing.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality in housing facilities.
• Develop and implement housing policies and procedures that align with Marriott’s global standards and local regulations.
• Serve as a liaison between employees, management, and external vendors to address housing-related concerns efficiently.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to housing satisfaction, turnover rates, and operational efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on housing protocols, customer service standards, and conflict resolution techniques.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housing management and HR to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a **Supervisor, Team Lead, or HR Specialist** in housing management, facilities, or a related field (preferably within the hospitality or corporate sector).
• Strong understanding of **Saudi labor laws, housing regulations, and Marriott’s global HR policies**.
