Qualifications and Skills

We are seeking a Senior Software Consultant with a proven track record of delivering exceptional technical solutions. Your background should include:

• Advanced expertise in software consulting, with a proven ability to align business goals with technical strategies and deliverables.
• Hands-on experience in software development, including proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., Spring, React, Angular).
• Deep understanding of databases, encompassing relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL systems, data modeling, optimization, and application integration.
• Proven success in solution architecture, system design, and end-to-end development of digital products for web and mobile platforms.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading technical teams, mentoring junior developers, and fostering a collaborative environment in hybrid or remote settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, PMP) are a significant advantage.
