Key Responsibilities

As the Finance Manager, your role will be pivotal in maintaining robust financial health and operational integrity. Your responsibilities will include:

• Financial Leadership & Oversight: Manage day-to-day financial operations with expertise in general ledger accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and cash flow monitoring to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
• Strategic Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate, timely monthly and annual financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, while analyzing variances to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to local accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls, collaborating with external auditors and financial institutions to mitigate risks and maintain regulatory compliance.

• Accounting Expertise: Hands-on experience in general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Analytical Acumen: Strong ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and present clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Saudi accounting standards (e.g., IFRS), tax regulations, and local financial laws, with a commitment to maintaining ethical and compliant practices.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and data management tools, including advanced Excel skills for modeling and reporting.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a finance team, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive alignment between financial goals and business strategy.
• Attention to Detail & Adaptability: A meticulous approach to financial operations, coupled with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
• Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are highly advantageous.
