In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include:

• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present accurate, timely, and insightful financial statements, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for cost optimization.
• Accounting Leadership: Lead and mentor junior accountants, ensuring adherence to accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with precision and efficiency.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with senior management to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial projections. Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance financial performance and strategic decision-making.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with Saudi Arabian accounting regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards. Identify and mitigate financial risks while maintaining transparency and integrity in all financial transactions.
• Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Implement automated systems to streamline workflows and reduce manual errors.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a trusted financial advisor to executive leadership, providing clear and actionable insights to support business growth and operational excellence.

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• A minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting, auditing, and compliance.
• Proven expertise in GAAP and IFRS standards, with a deep understanding of Saudi Arabian financial regulations.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings effectively.
• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a CPA or MBA is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or Oracle, along with advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis.
• Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to mentor teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
