Key Responsibilities:

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include:

• Territory Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive territory coverage plan, ensuring full engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs) across designated regions in KSA. Conduct regular, compliant product detailing sessions to educate and inform HCPs about our pharmaceutical offerings, their benefits, and clinical applications.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmacies, hospitals, and clinics. Act as a trusted advisor, addressing their needs while aligning our solutions with their operational and clinical goals.
• Demand Coordination: Collaborate closely with distributors and pharmacy networks to monitor demand, optimize stock levels, and facilitate timely order fulfillment. Ensure that our products are readily available where they are needed most, minimizing disruptions in the supply chain.
• Market Insights and Reporting: Gather actionable market intelligence from field interactions and present findings to support strategic decision-making. Provide regular performance updates and contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales and distribution strategies.
• Compliance and Ethics: Adhere strictly to regulatory guidelines and industry best practices in all interactions, ensuring transparency, integrity, and ethical conduct in every engagement.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related healthcare or scientific discipline. A strong academic foundation in pharmaceutical sciences, clinical practices, or healthcare management is highly advantageous.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in field sales, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the pharmaceutical, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or healthcare sectors. Prior experience in medical representation or pharmaceutical sales is a significant asset.
• Driving Proficiency: A valid driver’s license is required, along with the ability to operate your own vehicle. This role demands extensive travel within KSA, including visits to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies, often in diverse and sometimes remote locations.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of professionals. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities are essential. Additionally, you should demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a customer-centric mindset.
• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with pharmaceutical products, regulatory frameworks, and digital tools used in medical representation is beneficial. An understanding of healthcare systems in the Middle East, particularly in KSA, is a plus.
