As the Data Center Facilities Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining the operational integrity of our mission-critical facilities while driving continuous improvement in performance, security, and cost-effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilities Operations & Maintenance: Lead the day-to-day management of data center facilities, including HVAC systems, power distribution, security, and environmental controls, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Infrastructure Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance infrastructure efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve energy consumption through innovative solutions and sustainable practices.
• Risk & Compliance Management: Implement and enforce robust security protocols, disaster recovery plans, and regulatory compliance measures to safeguard critical assets and ensure business continuity.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with external vendors, contractors, and internal teams to procure, install, and maintain high-quality infrastructure while aligning with strategic business objectives.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Utilize advanced monitoring tools and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and generate actionable insights to drive operational excellence.
• Emergency Response & Incident Management: Develop and oversee emergency response strategies, ensuring rapid resolution of critical incidents while minimizing downtime and financial impact.
• Sustainability Initiatives: Champion eco-friendly practices, such as renewable energy integration and waste reduction, to align with ByteDance’s commitment to environmental stewardship.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in **Engineering, Computer Science, Facilities Management, or a related field** (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in **data center facilities management, infrastructure operations, or related technical roles**, preferably in a high-growth or enterprise environment.
• In-depth knowledge of **data center design, power distribution, cooling systems, and security protocols**.
• Familiarity with **ISO 27001, NIST, or similar compliance frameworks** is a significant advantage.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to mentor teams and drive operational improvements.
• Technical proficiency in **CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), BMS (Building Management Systems), and energy monitoring tools**.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in **Arabic and English** (written and spoken).
• Certifications such as **PMP, LEED, or data center-specific certifications** are highly desirable.
