As a Process Control Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and enhancing process control performance across our diverse portfolio. • Analyze process control performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Train 'run and maintain' teams and support process control performance enhancement.
• Capture value from process unit operations by encouraging optimal performance.
• Mentor and develop young control engineers.
• Collaborate with PMT to improve process control performance and communicate changes to control schemes.

To excel in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to health, safety, and the environment are essential. Knowledge of DCS, SIS, PLC, and field instrumentation is also required.
