Senior Specialist - Digital Twin

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist in Digital Twin to lead the integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technologies. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing digital modeling, simulation, and data management initiatives to significantly enhance project planning, execution, and operational efficiency. Your expertise will drive the development of robust digital twins that enable real-time monitoring, discrepancy detection, and informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. By establishing standardized frameworks and fostering collaboration across teams, you will ensure consistency, accuracy, and scalability in our digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize Project Efficiency: Implement advanced digital modeling, simulation, and automation strategies to streamline workflows, reduce redundancies, and enhance overall project performance.
• Develop and Enforce BIM Frameworks: Create and maintain standardized BIM frameworks and guidelines to ensure consistency, compliance, and high-quality outputs across all projects.
• Integrate BIM and GIS Technologies: Lead the seamless integration of BIM and GIS to improve spatial analysis, enhance design precision, and support critical decision-making during construction and operational phases.
• Oversee Digital Twin Development: Spearhead the creation and implementation of digital twins to monitor project progress in real time, identify discrepancies, and facilitate timely adjustments to mitigate risks and optimize outcomes.
• Establish Documentation Processes: Design and implement structured documentation processes to ensure workflow traceability, seamless knowledge transfer, and compliance with industry standards.
• Generate Performance Reports: Compile comprehensive reports on BIM performance, including project updates, key performance metrics, and simulation insights, to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Enhance Team Capabilities: Conduct training sessions and promote best practices in BIM applications to elevate the skills and competencies of cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Computer Science, or an equivalent field is required.
• A Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or an equivalent advanced qualification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a similar role or equivalent professional capacity.
• Proven track record in the development, implementation, or management of Digital Twin technologies.
• Strong proficiency in BIM and GIS software platforms, along with a deep understanding of digital modeling and simulation techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to drive collaboration and alignment across multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in digital transformation, data management, and operational efficiency.
