The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Group Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in group sales, with a strong background in the hospitality industry.

• Responsible for developing and implementing group sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and industry partners.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective sales collateral and promotional materials.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
• Supervise and mentor a team of group sales managers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in group sales, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
