IT Project Manager - (Saudi National Only)

This position is exclusively open to Saudi Nationals.

Key Responsibilities

As an IT Project Manager at Muller's Solutions, your core responsibilities will include:

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, clear objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to project closure.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and external partners to foster alignment, resolve dependencies, and drive project success.
• Risk and Issue Management: Proactively monitor project progress, identify potential risks and challenges, and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Budget and Resource Management: Oversee project schedules, financial allocations, and resource distribution to guarantee timely delivery within the approved budget.
• Communication and Reporting: Conduct regular project meetings, provide status updates, and present key insights to steering committees and senior management to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Governance and Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to project governance frameworks, quality benchmarks, and organizational policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on project milestones, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during project implementations, minimizing resistance and maximizing adoption.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration and effective communication among all project stakeholders to enhance productivity and project outcomes.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications and experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT project management or equivalent roles, with a proven track record of managing IT projects across their full lifecycle.
• Methodologies: Demonstrated experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments, adapting methodologies to suit project requirements.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices, coupled with hands-on experience using tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Software Development Knowledge: Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and its integration within project management frameworks.
