We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Engineer to join our team at Ma’aden in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geotechnical and hydrology engineering, with a proven track record of leading complex projects and teams.

The Principal Engineer will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in geotechnical and hydrology engineering for Ma’aden's projects. This includes conducting site investigations, designing foundations, and managing hydrology-related aspects of projects. The role also involves mentoring and developing junior engineers, as well as collaborating with other departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in geotechnical and hydrology engineering. You should also have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
