Key Responsibilities
- On-Site Equipment Management: Perform on-site debugging, operational oversight, and troubleshooting for large-scale energy storage systems, industrial and commercial energy storage projects, and Static Var Generators (SVG).
- Monitoring and Reporting: Conduct daily operational monitoring of energy storage and SVG equipment, meticulously record performance data, and generate detailed operational analysis reports for stakeholders.
- Training and Support: Develop comprehensive product training materials and deliver specialized technical training sessions to on-site customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring optimal system utilization.
- International Project Maintenance: Provide regular on-site operation and maintenance services for energy storage systems deployed in international projects, ensuring reliability and performance across diverse operational environments.
- Spare Parts Management: Oversee spare parts inventory, conduct routine inspections, and maintain safety stock levels to support uninterrupted operations for international projects.
- Problem Resolution and Tracking: Monitor the progress of on-site product issues, enforce closed-loop management protocols, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions.
- Product Development Collaboration: Participate in product design reviews and change management processes, offering optimization recommendations based on real-world application challenges encountered in energy storage systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a closely related discipline.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of energy storage technologies, including system architecture, operational principles, and performance optimization strategies. Familiarity with fundamental design concepts and industry best practices is essential.
- Professional Experience: Prior experience in on-site technical support, commissioning, or maintenance within the energy storage, power electronics, or renewable energy sectors is highly desirable.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a methodical approach to diagnosing equipment malfunctions and implementing corrective actions.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Fluency in English is a plus for international project assignments.
- Adaptability: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required, with the flexibility to work in diverse environmental conditions and time zones.
