Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and implementation of strategic marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and creative departments, as well as external partners such as agencies and vendors, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Market and Competitor Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes. Utilize insights to inform strategic marketing decisions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant marketing experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in retail, beauty, fragrance, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.
• Communication and Organization: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
