About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Finance Analyst to join our corporate finance team in Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role will encompass the full spectrum of treasury and corporate finance responsibilities, including liquidity management, cash forecasting, funding strategies, banking relationship oversight, debt portfolio management, and financial risk mitigation. The successful candidate will play a critical role in capital structure analysis, treasury investments, working capital optimization, and ensuring strict adherence to approved financial policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Treasury Leadership: Lead and govern treasury and corporate finance operations, ensuring full alignment with group financial policies, governance frameworks, and liquidity requirements to support organizational objectives.
- Liquidity and Cash Management: Manage cash liquidity, conduct forecasting cycles, and maintain daily cash positioning to guarantee timely fulfillment of financial obligations and operational demands.
- Banking and Funding Coordination: Oversee banking relationships and coordinate funding arrangements with financial institutions to secure optimal financing solutions in line with group finance strategies.
- Bank Account Administration: Supervise bank account management activities, including account openings, closures, KYC updates, service requests, and maintenance of e-banking platforms to ensure operational efficiency.
- Financial Instruments Management: Administer the issuance and management of financial instruments such as Letters of Credit, Letters of Guarantee, and related banking facilities to support business transactions.
- Treasury Investments: Direct cash investment activities, including deposits, Islamic investments, Sukuk, and structured instruments, to optimize returns on idle cash and liquidity reserves.
- Capital Structure and Financial Analysis: Provide expert financial analysis and strategic recommendations for capital structure optimization, CAPEX initiatives, M&A transactions, and long-term financial planning to enhance shareholder value.
- Risk Management and Compliance: Monitor working capital, financial exposure, and treasury risks while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks to safeguard financial stability and operational integrity.
Skills & Experience
- Professional Background: 3 to 6 years of progressive experience in treasury, corporate finance, or a closely related discipline, with a proven track record in financial management.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in liquidity management, cash forecasting, and banking relationship coordination, with hands-on experience in financial instruments such as Letters of Credit, Letters of Guarantee, and Islamic finance products like Sukuk.
- Strategic Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of capital structure analysis, working capital management, and support for CAPEX or M&A initiatives, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Risk and Compliance Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of financial risk management principles and regulatory compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to best practices and corporate governance standards.
- Corporate Experience: Prior experience within a group finance or multi-entity corporate structure is highly advantageous, offering exposure to complex financial environments and cross-border operations.
