Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Boutique Manager to oversee the operations of our prestigious retail boutique in Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, maintaining operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring the boutique’s profitability and brand integrity. Key Responsibilities

The Boutique Manager will play a central role in the success of the boutique by executing a range of strategic and operational duties, including:

• Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Identify opportunities to expand the customer base and drive repeat business through targeted promotions and personalized service.
• Customer Experience and Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by delivering outstanding service and addressing their needs with professionalism. Collaborate with the customer service department to resolve complaints efficiently and ensure defective products are handled promptly and satisfactorily.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team by implementing effective manpower planning, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing ongoing coaching and mentorship. Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement to maximize team productivity and morale.
• Training and Compliance: Ensure all team members are thoroughly trained on product knowledge, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and brand guidelines. Oversee the completion of eLearning modules and specialist certifications, and ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
• Inventory and Brand Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring a well-balanced assortment of high-demand and promotional products. Uphold the boutique’s brand image by strictly adhering to company standards and visual merchandising guidelines, creating an inviting and cohesive shopping environment.
• Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the marketing department to design and execute store promotions and marketing campaigns. Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, retail management, or a related field is required.
• Experience: Minimum of four years of retail experience, with at least two years in a managerial or supervisory capacity within the retail sector.
• Skills and Competencies:
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction and relationship building.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and manage a diverse team under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, with fluency in written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and delivering results.
