Key Responsibilities

• Develop and create visually engaging content tailored for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Assist in the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, advertisements, and other promotional collateral.
• Enhance and refine existing imagery to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions with the creative team to conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions for upcoming projects.
• Adhere to established brand guidelines and quality standards to deliver polished and professional designs.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently, meet deadlines consistently, and adapt to evolving project requirements with a proactive approach.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for a recent university graduate who is eligible to participate in the Tamheer program. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A strong portfolio that showcases your creativity, technical proficiency, and a solid understanding of design fundamentals.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, specifically the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• An exceptional attention to detail, coupled with a refined aesthetic sensibility to produce visually appealing and impactful designs.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive mindset, a willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for graphic design and visual storytelling.
