About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations & Supply Chain Analyst to enhance the efficiency, speed, and reliability of Autobia’s operational workflows. This role sits at the critical intersection of procurement, operations, and data analytics, where you will identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and implement data-driven solutions to elevate service levels, throughput, and operational discipline. Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal position, you will:

• Optimize Order Cycle Time: Map and monitor the entire order lifecycle—from sourcing and first-mile logistics to fulfillment and last-mile delivery—to pinpoint where speed and execution falter, ensuring timely and reliable order completion.
• Resolve Operational Bottlenecks: Analyze inefficiencies across procurement, inbound logistics, fulfillment center operations, and dispatch readiness, and develop strategic interventions to enhance performance and reduce delays.
• Enhance Supplier Performance: Evaluate supplier reliability, track operational delays, and identify recurring exceptions to improve response times, execution quality, and overall supply chain resilience.
• Drive Data Visibility: Design, build, and maintain intuitive dashboards, reports, and real-time alerts that provide stakeholders with clear visibility into operational performance, enabling faster and more informed decision-making.
• Lead Process Improvements: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to measure current performance, identify gaps, and implement solutions, while rigorously tracking outcomes to ensure sustained improvements.
• Translate Data into Action: Convert complex operational datasets into clear, concise insights and practical recommendations tailored for procurement, operations, and leadership teams to drive strategic initiatives.
• Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across departments to reinforce execution discipline, align operational goals, and embed a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Monitor Operational KPIs: Track and analyze key performance indicators such as order cycle time, on-time fulfillment rate, inbound lead time, and supplier fill rate, highlighting underperformance and uncovering opportunities for optimization.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience in a relevant discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in supply chain operations, procurement, analytics, or a comparable role within startup, marketplace, retail, distribution, or logistics-driven environments.
• Proven analytical acumen with the ability to dissect complex operational challenges and devise effective solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large-scale operational datasets to extract meaningful insights.
• Familiarity with spreadsheet tools, reporting platforms, and business intelligence (BI) dashboards to visualize and communicate data effectively.
• Exceptional ability to distill technical data into clear, actionable recommendations for diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to influence and drive change across teams.
• Fluency in Arabic to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration within the organization.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with the following background will be highly valued:

• Prior experience in automotive, ecommerce, marketplace, retail, or distribution sectors.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools, database management systems, or BI platforms such as Claude Code, Metabase, or similar technologies.
