The Food Safety Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive range of food safety solutions and related products to food manufacturers, processors, and service providers. Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and qualifying potential clients
• Conducting product presentations and demonstrations
• Providing technical guidance on appropriate food safety applications
• Managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Preparing quotations and proposals
• Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
• Collaborating with internal teams and international suppliers to address customer needs
• Supporting after-sales service
• Participating in industry events to build market awareness and relationships
• Monitoring market trends and gathering customer feedback
• Contributing to sales strategies that align with company goals

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Effective communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
• A basic understanding of cooking processes and their impact on food safety
• Proven sales or business development experience, preferably in food safety, laboratory equipment, or related industrial products
• Familiarity with HACCP, ISO 22000, or similar food safety management systems
• A Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Nutrition, Business, or a related field
• The ability to work on-site in Riyadh, travel to client locations, and manage time and territory effectively
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data reporting for sales activities
• Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic is an asset
