Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge ICT and ELV systems, contributing to projects that define the future of urban and industrial landscapes. Your responsibilities will include:

• System Design and Development: Lead the design of robust ICT and ELV systems, encompassing network infrastructure, building management systems, CCTV, access control, and security solutions. Your designs will ensure optimal performance, scalability, and compliance with global standards.
• Technical Documentation and Coordination: Create comprehensive technical specifications, drawings, and documentation using industry-leading software such as AutoCAD. Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines to integrate ICT/ELV systems seamlessly into project workflows.
• Site Assessments and Implementation: Conduct detailed site surveys to evaluate project requirements, constraints, and opportunities. Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of systems to ensure flawless execution and adherence to timelines.
• Troubleshooting and Optimization: Diagnose and resolve technical challenges in existing systems, implementing corrective measures to enhance reliability and efficiency. Your problem-solving skills will be critical in maintaining operational excellence.
• Compliance and Innovation: Ensure all designs and implementations comply with Saudi Arabian building codes and international standards, including ISO, IEC, and ANSI. Stay ahead of industry trends to incorporate the latest advancements in ICT and ELV technologies.
• Project Leadership and Mentorship: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources with precision. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you will bring a wealth of experience and technical expertise, including:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in ICT and ELV systems.
• Minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing ICT/ELV systems, preferably within large-scale commercial or industrial projects in the Middle East or similar markets.
• Proven proficiency in designing network infrastructure, building management systems, CCTV, access control, and security systems, with a deep understanding of their interdependencies.
• Expert-level knowledge of Saudi Arabian building codes and regulations governing ICT/ELV systems, ensuring full compliance with local requirements.
• Familiarity with international standards such as ISO, IEC, and ANSI, and the ability to apply them in practical design scenarios.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD or similar design software for creating detailed technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Strong project management skills, with experience using tools and methodologies to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, RCDD, or PMP are highly desirable and will set you apart as a leader in the field.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on excellence.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a valuable asset that will enhance your ability to engage with local teams and clients.
