IT Project Manager - Strategic Leadership Role

The IT Project Manager is a critical role responsible for leading and delivering strategic IT initiatives that drive business value and align with organizational objectives. This professional will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality delivery within defined scope and budget.

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, vendors, and external partners, to ensure project success.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports, while identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring compliance with project governance standards, organizational policies, and quality requirements.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committee sessions, and support change management for smooth solution implementation.
• Track and report project progress, milestones, dependencies, and key performance indicators to senior management.
• Foster collaboration and maintain effective communication among all project stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong leadership background, proven experience managing complex IT projects in enterprise environments, and a solid understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management are required. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities, are essential for success in this role. Proficiency in English is required, with Arabic being an advantage. The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment and build effective working relationships is crucial.
