Position Overview
The Aircraft Maintenance Technician will be an integral member of the Operations organization under the Ministry of Interior of Saudi Arabia contract, stationed in Riyadh. Reporting directly to the C295 Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring the operational readiness and airworthiness of the PSS C295 fleet within a high-performance Customer Services environment. The position demands a meticulous approach to both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, while maintaining strict adherence to organizational and client-specific procedures.
Key Responsibilities
The Aircraft Maintenance Technician will perform a range of critical duties, including:
- Collaborative Maintenance Execution: Working as part of a dynamic team to execute aircraft maintenance, repair, and inspection tasks, ensuring all activities meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Documentation and Compliance: Completing all required documentation in accordance with Company and Customer procedures, including quality checks and verification of aircraft status for scheduled tasks and deferred items.
- Release to Service Authorization: Assessing aircraft condition to confirm serviceability and, when applicable, signing the Release to Service documentation to certify the aircraft’s readiness for operation.
- Progressive Work Recording: Ensuring all maintenance activities are accurately recorded and signed off on a progressive basis to maintain a transparent and auditable trail of work performed.
- Parts and Materials Management: Overseeing the correct use, control, and accountability of aircraft parts and materials to prevent discrepancies and ensure operational integrity.
- Pre-Maintenance Verification: Conducting thorough pre-maintenance checks of tools, Ground Support Equipment (GSE), and aircraft components to confirm their condition, expiration dates, and applicability of documentation. This includes identifying any damages, leaks, or other discrepancies that may impact safety or performance.
- Regulatory and Safety Adherence: Strictly following all company, regulatory, and Health and Safety procedures to uphold the highest standards of operational safety and compliance.

Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications and experience requirements:
- Licensing: Possession of an FAA or EASA Part-66 B1/B2 licensed aircraft technician. ICAO licenses will also be considered, provided they meet the equivalent standards.
- Type-Specific Training: Completion of a C-295 Aircraft Maintenance Type Training Course, conducted by an approved Part 147 training organization.
- Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of aeronautical experience, with at least two (2) years of hands-on experience in C-295 aircraft maintenance within the last six (6) years.
