IT Delivery Manager

The IT Delivery Manager is a pivotal role responsible for orchestrating the successful delivery of technology and digital products, projects, and services from inception to production. This role serves as the critical link between business stakeholders, product teams, technology teams, vendors, architecture, cybersecurity, operations, and executive management.

The IT Delivery Manager owns the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring the effective management of scope, budget, quality, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations. Key responsibilities include:

• Gathering and translating business and product requirements into actionable plans.
• Collaborating with architects to coordinate solution design.
• Aligning with cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure delivery meets all necessary standards.
• Managing vendor contracts and statements of work.
• Developing and maintaining the delivery roadmap.
• Monitoring development progress and removing blockers affecting teams.
• Overseeing testing and release activities.
• Ensuring successful production deployment.
• Monitoring and addressing post-production issues.
• Reporting delivery status and progress to executive management.

The IT Delivery Manager is ultimately accountable for delivering features that meet business needs and provide value. We seek a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 5-7 years of experience in IT project delivery, program management, or technology implementation.
