Azure FinOps & Cloud Cost Analyst - TCS (MEA), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a leading IT services and consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Azure FinOps & Cloud Cost Analyst to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. With over 50 years of experience, TCS partners with global businesses to drive their transformation journeys, offering a consulting-led, cognitive-powered portfolio of services.

Responsibilities:

• Azure Billing and Cost Visibility: Monitor and analyze Azure consumption, charges, and spending trends. Reconcile invoices, maintain cost reports, and track credit burn rate.
• Optimization and Savings Realization: Identify optimization opportunities, maintain an optimization pipeline, and work with stakeholders to implement cost-saving measures. Verify realized savings and highlight cost-risk trade-offs.
• Forecasting, Governance, and Reporting: Produce monthly rolling forecasts, estimate new workload costs, configure budgets and alerts, and prepare concise monthly dashboards. Maintain auditable calculation logic and recommend governance improvements.
• Routine IT Budget Support: Provide Azure actuals, forecast, and variance inputs to the IT budget owner and assist with limited non-Azure budget activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in cloud cost management, Azure billing, FinOps, or a closely related role.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cost Management, Azure Pricing Calculator, and Azure Advisor.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and excellent communication skills.
