Aesthetics Derma | Brand Manager

Join Roots Pharmaceutical Company, a dynamic Kuwaiti pharmaceutical and aesthetics leader, as our Aesthetics Derma | Brand Manager in Riyadh. We're seeking a strategic and innovative professional to drive our dermatology and aesthetics portfolio's growth and success.

As a full-time, on-site Brand Manager, you'll lead the strategic development and positioning of our dermatology and aesthetics brands. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing brand plans, managing product launches, and creating marketing campaigns.
• Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints, collaborating with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), distributors, and internal sales teams.
• Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Developing promotional materials and educational initiatives, managing marketing budgets, and monitoring brand performance through key performance indicators.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product lifecycle management and organize scientific meetings, workshops, congresses, and promotional events.
• Preparing regular business reviews, sales forecasts, and strategic recommendations to strengthen our market leadership.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience with an extensive aesthetic/derma background.
• Proven experience in brand strategy, campaign development, KOL management, and congress/event execution.
• Strong digital and social media marketing capabilities, analytical skills, and budget management.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Science, Pharmacy, or a related field (a marketing qualification is a plus).
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
