As our Process Engineering Manager, you'll lead the General Assembly (GA) Process Engineering team through new product introductions, manufacturing readiness, and ongoing production support. Your role is pivotal in achieving production KPIs, ensuring product quality, and driving continuous improvement across the GA shop.

• Process Handover and Validation: Manage process transitions from Manufacturing Engineering to Production teams, oversee process and product validations, and ensure process documentation readiness.
• Team Leadership and Resource Management: Lead, mentor, and develop your team, define priorities, and allocate resources across shifts and launch phases.
• Process Engineering Excellence: Ensure robust process design, implement process control systems, and maintain continuous improvement of process documentation.
• Quality and Performance KPIs: Monitor and improve GA process performance, partner with Quality teams to resolve systemic issues, and support launch ramp-up activities.
• Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement: Lead structured root cause analysis, facilitate cross-functional workshops, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, participate in launch readiness reviews, and provide GA process input for new vehicle programs.

We seek a professional with strong technical skills in GA manufacturing processes, torque management, and process improvement tools.
