About the Role

Reporting to the Team Leader, the Reporting Administrator will serve as a critical link in ensuring the precision, reliability, and timely delivery of data-driven insights essential for strategic decision-making. This role is instrumental in supporting the organisation’s objectives by maintaining high standards of data integrity and facilitating seamless communication across cross-functional teams within our dynamic warehouse environment. The Reporting Administrator will play a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful reports and visualisations that empower stakeholders to make informed, data-backed choices.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection and Management: Gather, compile, and organise data from diverse sources, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and consistency to uphold the integrity of reporting processes.
• Report Development and Customisation: Design, create, and maintain customised reports and visual representations using advanced tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, tailored to meet the evolving needs of stakeholders.
• Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct thorough analysis of data to identify emerging trends, performance metrics, and actionable insights, providing clear recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and strategic planning.
• Report Distribution and Scheduling: Manage the timely distribution of regular and ad-hoc reports to relevant stakeholders, ensuring accessibility and relevance to support informed decision-making.
• Data Integrity Maintenance: Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective measures to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and reliability in all reporting outputs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand reporting requirements, offer technical support, and align reporting practices with organisational goals.

Your Profile

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in data analysis, reporting, or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, alongside strong analytical and organisational skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet stringent deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail is essential. A collaborative mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality work are equally important.
