Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Investment Operations professional to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Financial and Real Estate Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of current and historical financial and real estate data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for profit improvement. Evaluate investment fund performance, real estate portfolios, and market dynamics to assess their impact on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Reporting and Insight Generation: Prepare and review routine and ad hoc financial reports to provide stakeholders with accurate and timely insights. Interpret financial data to highlight changing market conditions, emerging risks, and growth potential, ensuring leadership is equipped with the information needed to make strategic decisions.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present financial insights, business concerns, and investment recommendations to management in a clear, concise, and actionable manner. Collaborate with fund managers to develop visibility reports that enhance transparency and support informed decision-making across the organization.
• Financial Modeling and Forecasting: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models and forecasts to evaluate investment opportunities, assess portfolio performance, and support strategic planning. Utilize these models to benchmark performance against industry competitors and identify areas for optimization.
• Due Diligence and Investment Evaluation: Support due diligence processes by conducting thorough evaluations of new investment and real estate opportunities. Assess financial viability, market conditions, and risk factors to provide data-backed recommendations for potential acquisitions or divestitures.
• Portfolio Monitoring and Benchmarking: Continuously monitor investment portfolios to track performance against established benchmarks and industry standards. Identify deviations, analyze root causes, and propose corrective actions to enhance returns and mitigate risks.
• Presentation Development: Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations for stakeholders, including executive leadership, investors, and board members. Ensure presentations are visually compelling, data-driven, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or a closely related field. Candidates with equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• Professional Experience: 0–3 years of hands-on experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or real estate investment analysis. A proven track record of delivering data-driven insights in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to build complex financial models, perform data analysis, and create dynamic reports. Familiarity with financial software and tools is a plus.
• Certifications: CME1 to CME4 certification is required to ensure a comprehensive understanding of financial and investment principles.
• Analytical and Communication Skills: Exceptional analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including fund managers, analysts, and senior leadership. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning are key to success in this role.
