Cloud Architect - OpenShift (Saudi National)

The Red Hat Consulting team is seeking a skilled Cloud Architect with strong OpenShift experience to join us in our Riyadh office, KSA. In this role, you will serve as a subject-matter expert in Red Hat's infrastructure and cloud technology, providing best practice guidance on automation, reliability, scalability, and high availability.

You will lead on-site delivery and implementation of Red Hat's technology, understanding customers' infrastructures and business issues to make appropriate recommendations. This is an excellent opportunity to build on your core knowledge and work in a fast-paced environment promoting Red Hat's solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Win customer confidence through successful delivery of discovery, analysis, and design workshops.
• Lead consulting teams through customer pilot and production deployments, workload onboarding, and ongoing lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with product business units, product engineering, consulting, support, and sales to ensure a world-class customer experience.
• Contribute to the development of repeatable methodologies and tools to scale Red Hat's services capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in consulting and architecture roles.
• Excellent customer-facing skills and strong English language skills.
• Proven experience implementing virtualization and container technologies in an enterprise setting.
• Deep knowledge of Red Hat's infrastructure solutions, including OpenShift, Ansible Automation Platform, and RHEL.
• Experience onboarding applications and application teams onto cloud or container platforms.
• Willingness to travel across the region up to 100%.

Pluses:

• Red Hat certifications.
• Experience with OpenShift Virtualization.
