Key Responsibilities

• Technical Development & Enhancement: Design, develop, and implement solutions within the Oracle E-Business Suite environment, including PL/SQL, OAF Form Development, BI Publisher Reports, SQL Loader, and AOL concepts. Focus on creating robust, scalable, and efficient technical solutions that align with business requirements.
• Customization & Personalization: Lead the personalization and enhancement of Oracle EBS applications to meet evolving business needs. Utilize expertise in screen/form personalization to deliver tailored solutions that improve user experience and operational efficiency.
• Project Execution: Independently manage development, testing, and production deployment phases of Oracle ERP projects. Collaborate closely with business users, external stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide expert-level support for production issues, including diagnosing, resolving, and documenting technical challenges. Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements to optimize performance and reliability.
• Stakeholder Communication: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills by liaising with business users, project teams, and external partners. Clearly articulate technical concepts, project updates, and solution benefits in a concise and professional manner.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation by evaluating current applications and proposing enhancements to meet emerging business requirements. Stay abreast of industry trends, Oracle updates, and best practices to ensure the delivery of future-ready solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Technical Proficiency: Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects. Strong technical expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite development environments, including PL/SQL, OAF Form Development, BI Publisher Reports, SQL Loader, and Application Object Library (AOL) concepts.
• Project Delivery: Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality technical solutions within stipulated timelines. Experience in handling development, improvement, and enhancement tickets for current or new applications is essential.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business users, external stakeholders, and integrated project teams. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
• Adaptability & Learning: A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in Oracle technologies and industry best practices. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and business needs with agility and resilience.
