Strategic Consultant

As a Strategic Consultant, you will serve as a key technical consultant and architect, driving customer adoption of Microsoft investments through strategic projects. This role involves managing and delivering services engagements, from management and migration of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint to the implementation of AvePoint tools and solutions.

• Architect, configure, and deploy enterprise implementations for AvePoint and Microsoft technology stack.
• Provide expert guidance on AvePoint and associated Cloud technologies.
• Deliver training sessions to customers, both remotely and on-site.
• Implement technical strategies and solutions to satisfy customers’ business needs.
• Act as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development.
• Compile technical documentation and service deliverables.
• Set and manage client expectations and deliverables.
• Provide technical support, product demonstration, and solution consultation.
• Propose and design technical solutions, including creating prototypes and proofs of concept.
• Validate and ensure readiness of AvePoint products against technical and business requirements.
• Serve internal technical projects and advance internal-QA and scenario testing.

We seek individuals with a passion for agility, teamwork, and fresh ideas. Ideal candidates should possess:

• 6+ years of experience in architectural design and development with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure applications.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and SharePoint services architecture.
• Experience in managing projects such as digital transformation, change management, and system migrations.
• Expertise in leading workshops, including IT governance and information governance & compliance strategy topics.
• Working knowledge of current software protocols and Internet standards.
• Strong communication skills and exceptional customer service.
• Self-motivation and the ability to meet deadlines on multiple projects.
