Digital Delivery Specialist

Role Purpose

As a Digital Delivery Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in operationalizing client information frameworks by meticulously analyzing requirements, modeling complex business processes, and customizing workflows within the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) ecosystem. Your expertise will bridge the gap between client needs and cutting-edge digital solutions, enabling seamless integration of APS-based web applications and CCDE workflows to drive efficiency and collaboration across construction and engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for a diverse range of critical tasks, including:

• Requirements Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements, business process flows, and system interactions to identify opportunities for digital transformation and optimization.
• Workflow Modeling: Develop and refine as-is and to-be workflows across multiple platforms, including ACC, Aconex, Revizto, Bluebeam, and PMIS, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client objectives.
• System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM Collaborate, and Build workflows to meet specific project needs. Translate Information Management (IM) standards into executable CCDE workflows that enhance project delivery and collaboration.
• APS-Based Web Application Development: Support the development of APS-based web applications, including CCDE launchers, role-based dashboards, and workflow extensions, to provide clients with intuitive and actionable insights.
• Tool Integration and Alignment: Ensure seamless integration and alignment between design authoring, review, construction, and handover tools to streamline project workflows and improve overall efficiency.
• Client Support and Adoption: Provide comprehensive onboarding, training, and adoption support to clients, empowering them to leverage digital tools effectively and maximize the value of their investments.

Required Tools and Technologies

To excel in this role, you will leverage a robust suite of tools and technologies, including:

• Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for project collaboration and data management.
• APS APIs for developing and integrating web applications.
• Tandem for digital handover and asset management.
• Bluebeam for document management and collaboration.
• Revizto for issue tracking and coordination.

Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking a highly motivated professional with the following background and experience:

• Total Experience: 8–12 years in a relevant field.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 6–8 years in Digital Delivery, BIM, or CCDE implementations, with a strong focus on hands-on experience with ACC and workflow configuration.
• Education Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
