Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned AI Architect at the Manager level to lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced AI solutions for our clients. This role demands a unique blend of deep technical expertise in artificial intelligence and the ability to shape strategic engagements, advise senior stakeholders, and lead high-performing, multidisciplinary teams. As a client-facing leader, you will architect enterprise-grade AI solutions that drive tangible business outcomes, ensuring alignment with both technical best practices and business objectives. Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Advisory

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on emerging AI trends, including generative AI, agentic AI, decision intelligence, industrial AI, and digital twins, and their enterprise applications.
• Provide strategic guidance on the adoption of AI technologies, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Architecture & Solution Design

• Design and implement enterprise-scale AI architectures, encompassing LLM-based solutions, MLOps, agent orchestration, and data pipelines.
• Ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
• Establish and enforce best practices in AI trust, risk, governance, and compliance, adhering to regulatory frameworks including GDPR, PDPL, and NDMO.
• Lead architectural decisions for AI infrastructure, including cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), model deployment frameworks, and edge/on-device AI solutions where applicable.

Delivery & Execution

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex AI programs, from proof-of-concept (PoC) through full-scale production deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and consulting teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, high-performing, and aligned with client expectations.
• Drive the industrialization of AI assets into reusable accelerators and intellectual property (IP) for the firm, enhancing efficiency and consistency across engagements.

Leadership & Practice Building

• Mentor and develop AI architects, engineers, and consultants within the firm, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Contribute to the expansion of Deloitte’s AI consulting practice through the development of go-to-market offerings, client proposals, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Represent Deloitte at industry forums, conferences, and client workshops as a recognized thought leader in AI architecture and enterprise AI solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential Requirements

• 8-10 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 4 years in AI/ML architecture roles.
• Proven experience in consulting or advisory, preferably within a Big 4 firm, top-tier consulting organization, or a global systems integrator.
• Strong technical foundation in the following areas:
  • Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, and agent-based systems
  • MLOps, data engineering, and cloud-native AI solutions (GCP, Azure, AWS)
  • Enterprise application ecosystems (ERP, CRM, HRM platforms)
  • AI security, governance, and compliance frameworks
• Demonstrated track record of leading large-scale AI programs and cross-functional teams to successful delivery.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into executive-level narratives and measurable value propositions.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, AI, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel across the GCC region, with an expected travel commitment of 50-75%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Professional certifications in AI, cloud computing, or related fields are advantageous.
• Publications or articles on Artificial Intelligence topics are considered a strong asset.
