Integration Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Integration Architect to spearhead the design, development, and delivery of robust, secure, and scalable integration solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud technologies, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, and Oracle Platform as a Service (PaaS). In this pivotal role, you will lead end-to-end integration initiatives that bridge Oracle SaaS applications with third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, uphold industry best practices in API management, security, and performance optimization, and provide ongoing support from implementation through post-go-live enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Architecture: Develop comprehensive integration strategies and architectures that align with business objectives, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across Oracle Cloud and hybrid environments.
• Oracle Cloud Integration Development: Design and implement integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, and Oracle PaaS, with a focus on Oracle SaaS applications and third-party system integrations.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Demonstrate proficiency in web service security and integration protocols, including SOAP, REST, JSON, and XML.
  • Implement memory management and caching mechanisms to optimize performance and resource utilization.
  • Leverage Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Autonomous Builder Cloud Service (ABCS), and Oracle APEX to build custom Oracle applications and extensions.
• Cloud Implementation & Migration:
  • Lead or contribute to at least two Oracle PaaS implementation projects as a developer or technical lead.
  • Execute end-to-end Oracle Cloud SaaS/PaaS implementation projects, including Oracle ICS/OIC/SOA integrations.
  • Facilitate cloud data migration initiatives, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Third-Party & Bolt-On Integrations: Design and implement integrations with third-party applications, bolt-on solutions, and external systems to extend the functionality of Oracle SaaS applications.
• Oracle SaaS Tools & Technologies: Utilize Oracle’s inherent tools and technologies, such as File-Based Data Import (FBDI), BI Publisher (BIP), Application Development Framework Desktop Integration (ADFDI), Oracle Enterprise Repository (OER) services, and Application Composer, to enhance integration capabilities.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Requirements Gathering: Conduct comprehensive requirement gathering sessions, including Customer Requirements Planning (CRP) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), in collaboration with clients and onsite teams to ensure alignment with business needs.
• System Configuration & Troubleshooting: Work alongside client onsite teams to configure Oracle systems, diagnose issues, and provide effective solutions to post-implementation challenges.
• Impact Analysis & Enhancements: Perform detailed impact analysis for enhancement requests and propose scalable solutions to drive continuous improvement in integration processes and systems.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Coordinate and execute unit and system integration testing to validate the integrity, performance, and reliability of integration solutions before deployment.
• Independent Judgment & Communication: Operate with minimal supervision, exercising significant independent judgment to make critical decisions. Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively, influence stakeholders, and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must possess a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in Oracle PaaS development or leadership, along with a proven track record in designing and implementing Oracle Cloud integrations. Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, and Oracle SaaS applications is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web service security, API management, and cloud data migration, complemented by excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
