Your Responsibilities

As a Mid-Level .NET Backend Developer, you will be responsible for a wide range of technical tasks that contribute to the success of our backend infrastructure. Your core responsibilities will include:

• API Development: Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using .NET 8+ to ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
• Backend Service Development: Build scalable and efficient backend services with a focus on clean, maintainable, and high-performance code.
• Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product teams to deliver cohesive and user-centric solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize application performance, security, and reliability to meet evolving business needs.
• Database Design: Design, optimize, and maintain SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases to ensure data integrity and efficient querying.
• Code Reviews & Architecture: Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and Agile ceremonies to uphold coding standards and best practices.
• Technical Integration: Implement caching mechanisms, messaging systems, and background processing technologies to enhance system efficiency.

Your Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Professional Experience: Approximately three years of hands-on experience in .NET backend development.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and SQL.
• API & Security Expertise: Experience with REST APIs, JWT Authentication, and Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
• Architectural Principles: A solid understanding of Clean Architecture, SOLID Principles, and design patterns to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
• DevOps & Cloud: Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines, along with familiarity with Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a collaborative mindset to work effectively in a team.

Preferred Skills & Experience

While the above qualifications are essential, the following skills are considered a plus:

• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with SignalR for real-time communication.
• Knowledge of Kafka or Azure Service Bus for event-driven architectures.
• Experience with MongoDB as a NoSQL database.
• Basic understanding of Kubernetes for container orchestration.
