We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer - QC to join our Facility Management team on the Qiddiya program, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality control of mechanical systems and equipment.

• Responsibilities:
• Perform quality control inspections and testing of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Monitor construction and installation activities for adherence to approved designs and quality standards.
• Identify and report non-conformances, recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate with contractors, project teams, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare detailed quality control reports and documentation for management review.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or a related field).
• 8+ years of related work experience in mechanical engineering, particularly within facility departments.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, quality control processes, and engineering standards.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with industry codes and standards (e.g., ASME, ISO) is preferred.

Desired Skills:

• Fully familiar with PTW, LOTO, CAFM, and site safety procedures.
• Understand applicable codes and standards for the discipline.
• Working knowledge of FLS and HVAC mechanical systems.
• Hands-on experience in preparing and implementing PPM schedules.
