The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Mechanical Engineer (Crusher) to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of crusher systems and associated mechanical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities

• Project Supervision: Lead the installation and commissioning of crusher plants, ensuring adherence to project timelines, safety protocols, and technical specifications.
• Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular assessments of crusher systems to verify operational efficiency, reliability, and compliance with maintenance schedules.
• Technical Oversight: Provide expert guidance on mechanical equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and recommend solutions to enhance system performance.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all mechanical installations and operations comply with local and international regulations, including environmental and safety standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including civil engineers, project managers, and contractors, to deliver seamless project execution.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installation, maintenance, and operational data, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 12–15 years in mechanical engineering, with a strong background in mining, bulk handling, or crusher systems.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in mechanical design, system integration, and failure analysis, with hands-on experience in crusher plant operations.
• Certifications: Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) and familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA) are advantageous.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to lead multidisciplinary teams in high-pressure environments.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
