Material Flow Engineer

In this role, you'll collaborate with our high-performing logistics engineering team to analyze, design, and optimize in-plant logistics systems. This includes warehousing, transportation, and distribution, as well as implementing automation technologies to boost productivity and throughput.

You'll lead strategic initiatives such as network design, capacity planning, and logistics performance improvements. By partnering with cross-functional teams, you'll align logistics strategies across the organization and manage infrastructure investments for logistics assets.

Your strong engineering expertise and proven ability to work with key stakeholders will enable you to drive lean logistics initiatives and support continuous improvement projects. You'll also support new product introductions and plant launches with scalable logistics solutions.

We're looking for a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field with 5+ years of professional experience, including 4-7 years in the automotive industry or material flow engineering. Experience in a supervisory role and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing systems is preferred.
