We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to spearhead our fast-growing AI startup's finance function and collaborate closely with our CEO to shape our financial strategy. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to build a world-class finance function from the ground up and play a pivotal role in our next stage of growth.

• Own the end-to-end finance function, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and data-driven decision-making.
• Lead financial planning processes and provide regular, insightful reporting to our CEO and leadership team.
• Support fundraising activities by preparing investor materials, financial models, and forecasts.
• Manage investor reporting and respond to financial requests from current and prospective investors.
• Establish scalable financial processes, controls, and reporting systems to support our growth.
• Monitor business performance, identify financial risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner closely with leadership on strategic initiatives, operational planning, and business expansion.
• Support the evaluation and execution of acquisitions, partnerships, and other corporate finance initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.

We're looking for a proactive, independent professional with:

• 6+ years of experience in Finance, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or a related field.
• Proven experience in high-growth startups or scaling companies.
• Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business analysis.
• Experience supporting fundraising, investor relations, or capital raising activities.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow management, and key business metrics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential financial information.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
