• Infuse our dynamic Sales Team with strategic vision and a results-driven mindset.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to meet sales targets.
• Plan and execute sales activities to develop new business.
• Negotiate new contracts and renewals to achieve monthly budget goals.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Prepare monthly sales activity reports and present to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
• Attend trade shows and functions as required.
• Contribute to overall market plan and participate in training programs.
