Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

• New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base across government, corporate, retail, hospitality, and real estate sectors.
• End-to-End Sales Cycle Management: Independently manage the entire sales process, from initial prospecting and client engagement to final negotiations and deal closure.

• Sales Pipeline Optimization: Maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, accurate forecasting, and strategic follow-ups to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales with a track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for persuasive negotiation and presentation.
• Client-Centric Approach: Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining high-value client relationships in corporate or government sectors.
• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in signage, advertising, branding, media production, or related fields is highly advantageous.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
