Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources professional to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as a full-time, on-site HR specialist supporting our home health care organization. This role is pivotal in managing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding, for both clinical and non-clinical staff. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate HR records, drafting and administering employment contracts, and ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Additionally, you will oversee payroll and benefits administration, coordinate training and development initiatives, and facilitate performance management processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace culture, addressing employee relations matters, and collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals. This position requires a proactive approach to handling HR inquiries, resolving workplace issues, and supporting staffing needs to drive operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring a seamless transition at every stage.
- HR Records and Compliance: Maintain meticulous employee records, prepare and manage employment contracts, and ensure adherence to Saudi labor laws and healthcare-specific regulations.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Collaborate with finance and management teams to process payroll accurately and administer employee benefits packages in compliance with organizational policies.
- Training and Development: Design, coordinate, and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, and support career growth within the organization.
- Performance Management: Assist in developing and implementing performance evaluation frameworks, providing guidance to managers on best practices, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Employee Relations: Address workplace concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and conflict resolution strategies.
- Strategic HR Support: Work closely with senior leadership to identify staffing needs, develop HR policies, and align HR initiatives with the organization’s long-term objectives.
- HR Systems and Reporting: Utilize HR software and Microsoft Office tools to generate reports, track HR metrics, and maintain data integrity for informed decision-making.
