Key Responsibilities

• Data Management: Assist in the collection, entry, and maintenance of employee data to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Policy Development: Support the development and implementation of HR policies, systems, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all HR initiatives and processes adhere to local labor laws and regulations, particularly in the context of Saudi Arabia’s evolving employment landscape.
• Training Program Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor training programs that foster professional growth and align with Hikma’s strategic objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with HR leadership and department heads to identify training needs, address employee concerns, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
• Recent graduates with a strong academic record and a passion for HR are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with HR systems, data management, and policy development is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
