Key Responsibilities

This role offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are alike. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Sales Strategy and Execution: Oversee daily sales operations and consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets to drive revenue growth.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
• Promotion and Revenue Optimization: Showcase our guest rooms, meeting facilities, and banquet services to maximize revenue potential and enhance occupancy rates.
• Proposal and Negotiation: Develop compelling sales proposals, conduct thorough site inspections, and negotiate contracts to secure business deals.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and leverage insights to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Performance Analysis: Generate and review detailed sales reports to track performance metrics, assess progress, and refine strategies as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

To thrive in this role, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business administration, hospitality management, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• Experience: A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in hospitality or hotel sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue.
• Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of local business landscapes, market trends, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in the local language(s) is essential. Proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous and will be considered a valuable asset.
